HIV by up to 81 percent if:

known HIV positive partner, commercial sex worker, homosexual
or bisexual men, IV drug addict
- you are a rape victim
- Your exposure was within 72
hours of starting prophylaxis.
Date Rape Victim?
Mrs B had a teenage daughter. One day she
found her daughter crying at home, a victim of date rape. The cuplrit
was an older man she had met at a disco. We are able to
offer her treatment to reduce the risk of HIV transmission and also
early screening to ascertain that she was HIV negative using PCR
testing.

Our
Screening Center
Our screening center is a centrally located
privately owned family clinic which looks like any other family
clinic. It is NOT a pure infectious disease screening center and
we do not conduct mass screening for commercial sex workers etc.
As a patient at our clinic, you will not be identified as coming
for any special screening and your case will be handled with utmost
confidence.
Our friendly staff are ready to help you. However,
we do not provide over-the-phone consultations as this is not in
the best interests of the patient. If you are interested in our
service, you are advised to call us at 62540680 to make an appointment
to see our doctor. Our aim is to provide you with candid, objective
information to help you decide on the best course of treatment for
yourself.
This is not an Anonymous Service
We do not provide anonymous HIV screening. Although
there were incidents whereby patients did not give their real names
and address, we do not condone such behavior. In the event you are
tested positive for HIV, early treatment can improve your health's
outcome. As such, it would not be of benefit to you to remain anonymous
or giving fake identification and deprive yourself of the best possible
health outcome.

Why do we not publish our address? Is your clinic
licensed?
We deliberately do not publish our address on
this website in order to protect the privacy of our prospective
patients. If you are a candidate for screening and treatment, our
clinic nurse will direct you to the address of the clinic.
Our clinic is operated in an upmarket facility
in Central Singapore. We are licensed by the Ministry of Health
and comply with all their licensing requirements.
Who are your patients?
Our patients are very ordinary people with ordinary
lives and majority of our work is centered around seeing everyday
illnesses like cough and colds, childrens' health etc. You will
not feel embarrassed as compared to other pure STD screening centers.
